Is the 3% on gross revenue or just online bookings?
The 3% commission applies to all bookings processed through Tour Hub Pro — whether they come in online, through your booking widget, via walk-up, or entered manually by staff. The $99/month minimum applies if your 3% commission for the month falls below that threshold.
Are Stripe processing fees included in the 3%?
No — Stripe’s processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) are separate and paid directly to Stripe. Tour Hub Pro’s 3% is our platform fee only. This is the same structure as every other major booking platform — the difference is ours is half the rate.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees and no long-term contracts. Tour Hub Pro is month-to-month. The launch bonus includes free professional onboarding and data migration — a service that normally costs $500 — at no charge for operators who book a demo before June 1st, 2026.
What happens after the 3 free months?
After your free period ends, you move onto standard pricing — 3% commission per booking with a $99/month minimum. There’s no price hike, no bait-and-switch. The rate you see here is the rate you pay long-term.
Is there a limit on bookings, staff, or locations?
No artificial caps. Unlimited staff accounts, unlimited locations, unlimited services and bookings. Tour Hub Pro scales with your business — the pricing model means we grow with you, not against you.
